It’s time again to bring out our best Corningware. Put up new drapes & dust the plastic flowers on the table. For some, shopping till late at night looking for the right kurung, songkok and kuih raya. Hari Raya is here and it’s time to rejoice and celebrate. Balik kampung. Visiting family & old friends. Eating ketupat & rendang. We deserved it as an abiding muslim. Let’s celebrate and yet not forget. We may celebrate as we are free. We may celebrate as we are living in a peaceful country. We may celebrate as we are in Malaysia. We deserved it as we are a devoted muslim. Let’s be thankful, let we not forget the less fortunate, let’s be thankful, let we not be ungrateful of what we have, let’s be thankful!

Ku Tunggu Jandamu!

When I first listen to the song, I think Irwansyah must be want tough guy who will do anything for the girl he love’s. The title means, loosely – I’ll Wait Till You Becomes No Ones Wife – maybe in death or divorce.

But heck, he’s a cute, next door neighbor type of a guy. And all center spread in the magazine portray him as one.

So, when I got the chance to shoot him, I asked him not to smile! No goody to good look. I want a rude rockstar with an attitude! But maybe because he just that nice, he didn’t nailed it. But he almost did.
